Yes, every new build home from saltwind comes with a comprehensive 10-year Structural and Latent Defects Warranty. This provides peace of mind that your home has been built to a high standard in full compliance with current Building Regulations and industry standards.

Additionally, all fixtures and fittings included in your home come with their own manufacturer-specific warranties. On the day you receive your keys, we provide a detailed handover pack containing user guides, warranty documents, and key information for every feature in your new home.

Before handing over a home to its new owners, we provide a certified Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). This document rates the property's energy efficiency and assesses its environmental impact, including carbon dioxide emissions.

To maintain high energy standards throughout construction, we carry out predicted energy assessments during the build process. This helps us continuously monitor and improve efficiency, ensuring the finished home is designed to conserve energy and reduce running costs.

At saltwind, we strive to make your move as seamless and enjoyable as possible while delivering a property finished to the highest standard.

Our homes are sold non-furnished, but we provide high-quality built-in fixtures, including a washing machine, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. Detailed information and user guides for these fixtures are included in an extensive handover pack given to buyers when they move in.

To help personalise your new home, we offer all our buyers the opportunity to select their interior carpets from a curated range. We'll then fit the carpets before your move-in date at no additional cost.

Before handover, every property undergoes a thorough cleaning and snagging process to ensure it meets our exacting quality standards. Even after you’ve moved in, we stay in contact to provide support and ensure your transition into your new home is as smooth as possible.
