Together, Jason and Brett combine development vision with rigorous commercial control. Every project is defined by quality, precision and craftsmanship. We pair exceptional design with uncompromising standards and deliver on time and within budget. Each scheme is managed with the same care and attention to detail, from the first site appraisal to the moment the keys are handed over.

Jason Osborn
Founder of Saltwind, Jason brings over 20 years of residential and development experience gained with small and medium-sized developers across the South.
A natural problem-solver, he founded the company with a clear ambition: to raise the standard of each project that he is involved with.
Today he leads the Saltwind brand, alongside his development business Walcote Homes.
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Brett Shallard BSC (Hons)
Brett is a construction and commercial professional with a career spanning more than a decade across residential and commercial projects. His experience combines site-based construction operations with quantity surveying, contract administration and commercial leadership.
He has held commercial responsibility for projects ranging from approximately £100,000 to £2.9 million, overseeing budgets, procurement, valuations, cash flow, change control and final accounts. His experience includes supporting development appraisals, feasibility estimates and cost planning, alongside working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and delivery teams.
