Saltwind Projects Appointed to Deliver Two C2 Care facilities/

We’re delighted to have been appointed by a long-standing client to manage the construction of two four-bedroom detached homes, built to C2 standards for children’s residential care. Works start on site in November 2026.

​

These homes will give young people in care a safe, welcoming place to live. Our role covers the full build, from start on site to handover, including coordinating the enhanced specification C2 requires, such as sprinkler systems and durable, care-ready finishes.
